The Master Plan

Two phases.
One community.

The residential lots come first. The hotel and beach club follow on the ocean parcel at the top of the site.

Phase One

Land and residential sell-down

Acquisition of the development land, establishment of the community, and the launch of 54 residential lots with Anchorpoint Advisors as the exclusive sales partner.

Phase one also delivers the shared infrastructure the plan depends on: the gated entrance, the internal road network, the open space, the water-access corridors, the pool and cabana, the courts and the beach access route.

  • 54 residential lots, 7,500 to 13,091 sq ft
  • 89,067 sq ft of open space, 13.4% of the site
  • 30 ft roads, gated single point of entry
  • Lot 00 held back for utilities and maintenance

Phase Two

The boutique waterfront hotel

The 1.02 acre ocean parcel at the Freshwater Creek bar carries a three-storey hotel of roughly 31,200 square feet, with a pool and accessory buildings, its own guard building, and 18 parking spaces plus loading and service bays.

Vehicle access runs through the subdivision road network, so the hotel and the community share one controlled entrance while keeping separate arrival experiences.

  • Roughly 250 ft of Caribbean sea frontage
  • Water on two sides, creek and open sea
  • Beach club and shared amenity activation
  • Not part of the current residential release

Position

Beside two developments that already worked.

NALUUM sits immediately next to Hopkins Bay Resort and Seiri Del Mar. Both were brought to market by people on this project, which means the pricing, the buyer profile and the absorption pace for this exact stretch of coast are proven, not projected.

The Wider Region

North Hopkins Bay in the district plan.

The land sits inside a broader Stann Creek coastal framework that treats the district as one connected system: coastal expansion at North Hopkins, the cultural heart of Hopkins Bay Central, river and lagoon at Sittee Point, and an inland anchor at Red Rock.

The regional framework is a separate long-range planning exercise and is not part of what is being sold here. Phase one is the 54 lots.
